These terms govern your use of CarsBH, the car marketplace at carsbh.com and in the CarsBH mobile app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Who can use CarsBH
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Listings are intended for vehicles located in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Your account
Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password to yourself. Verify your email address before posting — we require it.
Business accounts must provide a genuine Commercial Registration number. We verify it before approving the account.
Listing a car
Only list a vehicle you own or are authorised to sell. Describe it honestly: the mileage, condition, specification and history must be accurate, and the photos must be of the actual car.
Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may reject a listing, ask for changes, or remove one that is already published — for example if it is inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, or not a genuine offer. An approved listing stays live for 30 days.
Do not post: vehicles you cannot lawfully sell, stolen or fraudulently obtained vehicles, other people's photos or content, contact details belonging to someone else, offensive or unlawful material, or anything unrelated to selling or renting a car.
Reporting a listing
If you see a listing that is fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise breaks these rules, use the Report button on the listing. Reports go to our moderation team and we act on them promptly. You can also email info@carsbh.com.
Fees and payment
Posting a car as an individual seller normally costs a per-listing fee; optional extras are the ULTRA showcase and the homepage feature boost. Dealerships and rental companies post under a monthly package instead. Current prices are always shown before you pay.
In the iOS app, all payments are made through your Apple Account using the App Store, as Apple requires. On the website and on Android, payment is by BenefitPay transfer, which we confirm manually before your paid feature is applied.
Fees pay for placement on CarsBH, not for a sale. They are not refundable once a listing has been approved and published. For a purchase made through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own policy.
Business packages run for 30 days and do not renew automatically — you choose whether to buy another month.
CarsBH is a marketplace, not the seller
We publish listings; we do not own, inspect, or sell the vehicles. Any sale, deposit, or rental is strictly between the buyer and the seller. Reviewing a listing before publication is a check on the advert, not a warranty about the car.
Always inspect a vehicle in person, verify its documents and history, and be cautious with any request for payment before you have seen it.
Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By posting them you allow us to display, resize and distribute them for the purpose of operating and promoting CarsBH. You confirm you have the right to post them.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service, or harms other users. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen — deletion is permanent and removes your listings.
Liability
CarsBH is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a listing will result in a sale, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that content posted by users is accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a transaction between users or from reliance on a listing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
